At French Sprouts, each session is designed to support joyful and confident language learning in a caring, structured environment.
To ensure a smooth experience for all families and participants, please read the following information carefully.
Punctuality
(Parents & Children)

Children must be dropped off on time at the beginning of the session and picked up promptly at the end. Punctuality is expected both ways.

Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled time, even in the event of a late arrival.

Parents are kindly asked not to remain during the sessions, to support children’s independence, focus, and immersion.

If a parent chooses to pick up their child early, the session will still be considered complete. No fee adjustments will be made.
Mutual Commitment & Respect

Each participant is expected to attend sessions with curiosity, care, and respect.

French Sprouts reserves the right to discontinue support if participation, punctuality, or respectful behavior is not maintained.

For children, a calm and supportive environment is key to their learning journey.
Payment

Payment is made in full before the start of the program, exclusively via credit card through the secure website.

No payment plans or refunds will be offered once a program is booked, except in exceptional, justified cases.
All changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, via your client account on the website.
No refunds are available, regardless of the reason or timing.
If the request is made 24 hours or more in advance, the session may be rescheduled, subject to availability.
